Certificate of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a document produced by a third party lab that provides detailed analysis of product contents. Specifically, for CBD-based businesses like KINKY GREEN, COAs are used to provide the consumer with an accurate account for the amount and type of cannabanoids present in a given product. While hemp-derived CBD is legal on the federal level, according to the 2018 Farm Bill, the industry must remain diligent in making sure that industrial hemp maintains less than 0.3%THC to remain in compliance with federal law.
Here at KINKY GREEN, we source our hemp extract from WH Farms, a Black-Owned Legacy Farm in Wilmington, NC. Our products are then triple-checked by our lab partner, Delta 9 Analytical to ensure accuracy and potency of our cannabanoid profile.
